A core focused Pilates workout aimed at learning and mastering true core connection. Finessing this technique will help rid you of lower back pain, neck tension and hip flexor pain. We will move our spine in a variety of different ways which provides you with better posture and improves your overall mobility. Modifications and challenges are given throughout the workout to cater to all levels.
The Toosh & Tum are women's most requested areas to work on. In this class I take you through a variety of Pilates inspired movements to help correct your core and tone your toosh. We work all angles of the body to target both the large and small muscle groups to help shape your toosh, hips and waist.
Want long, lean legs? Sign me up! With pairing some of my favourite dance moves with Pilates techniques I have created a killer barre burner. We target both the small & large muscle groups to create beautiful long and lean muscle tone.
In this class we focus on our posterior chain. Think back, glutes, hamstrings, triceps and calves. We focus on mobilizing the spine by flexing, extending and rotating which are all super important for mobility and longevity. This class is perfect for those working at a computer or bending over all day.
Feel the burn and perk up your peach with this booty focused Pilates workout. I will take you through correct alignment and activation to help ensure you are truly juicing out the movements to get the most out of this workout.
