Yoga Sculpt

Blends traditional yoga flows with strength training using wrist/ankle cuffs (0.5kg) or light dumbbells (1kg). Builds muscle, increases toning and boosts metabolism while maintaining mindfulness and yoga flow. Requires basic yoga foundation.

Yoga Deep Stretch
