Intro Class

New
Beginner· 30 min

Free introductory session for all fitness levels. Full-body workout introducing Pilates basics and familiarizing participants with studio equipment. Ideal starting point before progressing to other class types.

Reformer Flow

All levels

Signature contemporary Reformer class strengthening and lengthening the entire body. Creatively flows between Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring varied experience with each visit.

Cardio Sculpt

Intermediate

High-energy, low-impact cardio class using Jumpboard for plyometric movement against customizable spring tension. Recommended for those already familiar with basic Pilates. Proven to increase bone density.

Center + Balance

All levels

Apparatus-assisted stretching with light movement and deep stretching. Leaves body feeling long and loose. Helps reduce soreness and muscle fatigue, improve performance, and decrease injury risk.

Control

Intermediate

Standing leg and glute sculpting class inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers. Uses Reformer, Springboard, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights. Increases strength, balance, stability for everyday life.

Restore

All levels

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release using Reformer movements and TriggerPoint™ therapy. Repairs muscles and joints, reduces soreness, increases performance and reduces injury risk. Not recommended for those with osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, varicose veins, or pregnancy.

Suspend

Intermediate

Reformer-based workout combining Pilates with TRX® suspension training created by former Navy SEAL. Enhances stability, strength, coordination, mobility and balance. Excellent for runners, golfers, tennis players and cyclists.

Circuit

Heart-pumping full-body class in three progressive rounds combining strength, mobility and cardio across favorite Pilates apparatus. Perfect for those who love Reformer Flow structure but crave athletic intensity.

Teen Cross-Training

Beginner

Class for teenagers aged 14–19 (select locations only) building healthy habits in young participants. Builds self-esteem, strength and coordination using Reformer, Springboard and more in safe, supportive environment.

Is Club Pilates Manly right for you?

Absolute beginners
The free 30-minute Intro Class is specifically designed for those new to Pilates, with all fitness levels welcome. Level 1 Foundation classes focus on form and alignment to build solid fundamentals.
Recovery and mobility seekers
Center + Balance and Restore classes offer apparatus-assisted stretching and myofascial release to reduce soreness, improve performance and decrease injury risk.
Athletes and active people
Suspend, Control and Cardio Sculpt classes enhance strength, balance, stability and performance for those who run, golf, play tennis, cycle and engage in other sports.
People with physical limitations
Level 1 Foundation and Center + Balance are easily modified and focus on overall body awareness. Level 2.5 Mastery is explicitly not recommended for those with physical limitations.
