Mat Pilates
beginners welcome, all ages and abilities· 60 mins
Come along to focus on core strength, lengthening the spine and loosening stiff joints. Each movement is explained and variations are given to progressively challenge or ease the load. Resting positions are given so you can always recuperate between exercises.
Yoga
dynamic hatha yoga
all ages and abilities· 80 mins
Our Yoga classes give you step-by-step introduction to foundation postures. Bring wellbeing, strength and flexibility into your daily life. In each session, we ease shoulders, loosen hips, salute the sun and do foundation standing poses. Inverted poses and alternatives are offered. We finish with twists, forward bends and deep relaxation.

Instructor has encyclopaedic knowledge and caters to progression over years of practice.
Maybe not for you if… Not suitable if you have a current or chronic back, neck or joint injury without medical clearance. Group Mat Pilates sessions are not suitable during pregnancy (yoga recommended instead).
