Reformer Stretch

A slower-paced Reformer class focused on flexibility, joint mobility, and posture. Designed to release muscle tension and improve overall movement.

Reformer Flow

Members who enjoy continuous, creative movement. A seamless sequence of exercises linked with breath and rhythm. Expect a smooth mix of strength, stretch, and balance, with minimal breaks.

Reformer Strength
