Clinical Studio Pilates
Physio-ledSmall group or private classes (up to 3 people) held at the home studio in Frankston East. Designed for recovery from injury, managing chronic pain, increasing body strength, and improving flexibility. Private assessment required before group class booking.
Mat Pilates
Classes held at multiple locations across Frankston including Centenary Tennis Club, Karingal Place, and Frankston City Library. Free monthly mat class available at Frankston Library (5:30–6:15 pm).
Mums and Bubs Pilates
Private classes at home studio where mothers can exercise while children play with available toys. Designed for pre and post-natal needs.
Corporate Pilates
On-site classes at workplace with all equipment provided. Includes lunchtime and team-building sessions designed to reduce stress, improve posture, and prevent repetitive strain injuries.
