The first class you'll take with us is the Orientation Workout. This allows us to get to know you a little better, ensuring that your workouts with us are as effective as possible based on your needs — right from the start. The class will be 40-minutes long, including a great workout!
Reformer Workout
All ages and fitness levels (beginner, intermediate or pro)· 40 min
Studio Pilates International delivers transformative 40-minute Reformer Workouts suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes are designed by Physiotherapists with scientifically-sequenced exercises to increase your strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness from head to toe. SPTVs provide you with a visual demonstration of each exercise, along with audio voiceover to coach you through our classes. An instructor is always present to ensure you are performing the moves in a safe, effective way to target the intended muscles and get maximum results, and can tailor the exercises adding more or less spring resistance and any modifications needed.
