Reformer All Levels

All levels
Experience the benefits of Reformer Pilates with our all levels group reformer class. Improve your mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Our classes cater to all skill levels, ensuring a fun and dynamic experience. You will be using tools like the magic circle, weights, and Thera band in some of our classes.
Jump Board Reformer
All ages and fitness levels
Experience a mix of jumping and non-jumping sequences to lift your heart rate, build muscle endurance, and challenge balance and stability. You will work your whole body in a variety of positions on the reformer. We recommend attending at least ten 'All Levels Reformer classes' beforehand. Please note: This class is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, managing injuries, have scoliosis or are diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Reformer Foundations
Beginner
Experience the essentials of Reformer Pilates with our beginner-friendly Reformer Foundations. This class is specifically designed to introduce you to the core principles and techniques of Reformer Pilates. You will learn and focus on proper alignment, controlled movements, and breathwork, to build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.
Reformer Stretch & Mobility
This class focus on gentle, slow and controlled movements designed to increase your range of motion and release muscle tension.

The Reformer Foundations class is specifically designed for people new to Pilates, moving at a slower pace with hands-on support from instructors.
Women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond
The Women Thrive 6-week program is specially designed for women 40+ with an instructor trained in peri-menopause and post-menopause Pilates.
People returning to movement after illness or injury
The 'Return to Movement' specialised program is available, and the studio welcomes post-rehab clients to bring notes from healthcare providers.
Pregnant women (up to end of second trimester)
Welcomed in group classes up to the end of the second trimester, then can transition to semi-private or private sessions with individual plans.

Pricing
Casual drop-ins, class packs and memberships — plus the cancellation policy.
Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before start time and the class will be returned to your account for future use. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before will be marked as used. No Show results in the class being marked as used plus a $15.00 no-show fee. This policy applies regardless of reason for cancellation.
