Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Studio Sessions
Run as private, duet or small group (3-4 clients) one hour sessions. They provide personalised programming and instrucion tailored for each individual's needs and goals. Studio sessions incorporate the use of the full range of large Pilates equipment and small apparatus, including the reformer, trapeze table, combo chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector.
Mat Classes
Our mat classes are a comprehensive, full body workout. With a maximum of 10, these fun and challenging group classes focus on the principles and technique of Pilates, building flexibility, mobility, strength and control. They incorporate the use of small apparatus and props such as fit-balls, foam rollers, magic circles, chi balls, Pilates stick and weights.
Rev It Up
ReformerBody Revolution's unique style of a 45 minute REFORMER Pilates session. A maximum of 4 clients, these reformer sessions are a faster pace and higher intensity.
