Strength & Mobility

Beginner to advanced

Join our Strength and Mobility class for a training experience that builds real-world strength and keeps your body moving well for life. Suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, these sessions focus on developing upper body strength that carries over into everyday movement and skills like chin-ups, muscle-ups, and push-ups. Alongside this, you'll improve shoulder and wrist mobility, increase joint stability, and move with greater control — pain-free and with confidence. Each class wraps up with targeted conditioning to build hypertrophy and stamina, helping you move longer, recover faster, and feel more capable both in and out of the gym.

Lower Body

Beginners through to advanced

Our Lower Body class is built around developing strength that carries over into real life — helping you move with more power, balance, and control. Through a blend of squats, lunges, and hinge variations, you'll build structural strength while improving the health and function of your hips, knees, and ankles. With a focus on full-range movement and joint integrity, these sessions support pain-free training and long-term resilience. Expect a dynamic mix of strength work and conditioning designed to build lower body strength, endurance, and hypertrophy, all within scalable programming that suits beginners through to advanced members.

With options for complete beginners through to more advanced practice, each session focuses on safe, progressive development — blending strength, mobility, and balance to support your journey upside down. You'll develop deep core strength, improve posture, and enhance joint stability through slow, controlled movement, all while refining body awareness and movement patterns that carry over into your training and everyday life.
