Private Sessions
1:1Just you and Emma. Your dedicated hour, entirely focused on your body and your goals. This is the deepest level of personalised coaching we offer - and many clients say it's life-changing. Uses Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Mat.
Studio Trio
Max 3Small-group sessions with a maximum of 3 people. You get the energy of moving with others, with the attention you'd expect from a private session. Great for building consistency and community. Full equipment, individual modifications.
Duet Sessions
2 peopleBring a friend, partner, or family member and move together. You each get your own modifications and programming - so it works for both bodies, whatever your starting points.
