Matwork RoomA signature in the BPM workout series, this 100-130BPM class incorporates a combination of toning exercises targeting your total body each and every workout. Slow work is hard work and you are guaranteed to feel the burn!

BPM - Barre
The perfect fusion of Pilates and Dance. This 45min sweat sesh will have you pulsing and pile-ing beyond your limits!
Equipment
Max 3Clinical Pilates programming tailored specifically to your body and posture type with your personal needs and goals in mind. This small group class is maxed at 3 people, allowing for plenty of 1:1 time with your instructor. You will be carefully guided through individual exercises on our clinical Pilates equipment such as the Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Reformer, as well as balls, bands, Pilates circles and weights.
BPM - Mumma + Mini
PostnatalNewly postnatal or those feeling the postpartum struggles of re-entering group exercise are welcomed at this functional matwork class. This postnatal Pilates class is tailored specifically to rebuild the female body after birth. Babies are welcomed or (if you're lucky) you can fly solo.
Mumma + Mini - Reformer
