Reformer Pilates

All levels

Tone, lengthen and strengthen with a mix of strength work using spring resistance, interspersed with stretches to create long, lean muscles. Full body, low impact movement with exercises modified to suit experience and body type.

Jumpboard

Intermediate

Low impact endurance challenge using the jumpboard attached to the reformer, focusing on abs, glutes and legs. Fast-paced class providing cardio. Not recommended for chronic low back, knee or hip pain, or pre-natal clients past first trimester.

Yoga (Hatha, Flow, Express, Restorative)

All levels

Breath, body and mind. Helps relieve stress, support healthy habits, improve emotional health and ease back and arthritis pain. Variety of options for strength and length, with Restorative classes encouraging quiet mind work with supported poses and props.

Mat Pilates

All levels

The original Pilates using a variety of props to offer variety, challenge or assistance. Ultimate lengthening and strengthening session hitting the core, with clients working to their own ability.

Stretch & Release

All levels

A class focused on finding length and reset, sometimes on the reformer and sometimes on the mat. Focus on finding space in hips, opening the chest, and twisting and turning through the spine.

BodyLife LIFT

All levels

Strength classes focusing on traditional gym-style movements—squats, lunges, presses and rows—designed to build full-body strength, support bone health, and boost everyday confidence. Ideal for anyone wanting to get stronger but uncomfortable in typical gym settings.
