Cancellation policy · 10-hour window
Members must cancel bookings at least 10 hours prior to class. Cancellations made after the 10-hour cut-off require email notification to info@thegymfactory.com.au with reason. Members who do not show without reasonable excuse are noted; 3 no-shows result in a $10 penalty charged via direct debit.
