Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Shoulder Strength & ROM Classes
Our shoulder strength and range of movement class is a program designed to help individuals improve their shoulder mobility, stability, and strength. It involves a series of exercises that target the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding the shoulder joint. The program will include: Range of motion exercises: These exercises are designed to improve the flexibility and mobility of the shoulder joint. They may include stretches for the chest, neck, and shoulder muscles. Strengthening exercises: These exercises target the muscles surrounding the shoulder joint, including the rotator cuff muscles, the deltoids, and the scapular stabilizers. Postural exercises: These exercises focus on improving posture and alignment, which can help reduce strain on the shoulder joint and prevent future injuries. Functional exercises: These exercises are designed to mimic everyday activities, such as reaching overhead, lifting, and carrying, to help regain the ability to perform these tasks with less pain and discomfort.
