Classes & who they suit

Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.

Vinyasa Flow

All levels

A dynamic and challenging flow practice structured to build strength and foundation while exploring poses and transitions. You will flow, play, and experiment with your practice and walk away feeling strong, refreshed and energized.

Hot Flow

All levels

The signature class taking place in a heated room at 37-40 degrees Celsius. A dynamic class that mobilises and detoxifies your body through natural transitions between poses, focusing on connecting movement to breath. A sweat-dripping class leaving you challenged, refreshed and fulfilled.

Yin

All levels

A slow practice targeting deep tissues through long-held poses that gently stretch connective tissues. Your body responds by making tissues longer and stronger.

Mellow Flow

Beginner

Sequenced with the modern person in mind, incorporating meditation, breath work and mindful movement to relieve tension, reduce anxiety and calm the nervous system. Combines vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.

Vinyasa +

Intermediate

Designed to cultivate existing knowledge and challenge you to step outside comfortable boundaries. Be prepared to meet new asanas and fresh transitions that expand awareness physically and mentally. Not suitable for absolute beginners; minimum 1 year Vinyasa practice required.

Community Class

All levels

Led by graduates from the 200-hour teacher training program through a unique and dynamic flow sequence. A donation class giving back to local charity partners.
