Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Clinical Group Class
up to 3 peopleIndividually tailored programs in a more focused setting. A smaller class size allows for more detailed guidance, a slower and more controlled pace, and closer refinement of movement. Clinical Pilates may be suitable for clients recovering from injury or managing more complex movement needs, who may benefit from a smaller class size and a more focused pace.
Group Pilates
up to 6 peopleA supportive and engaging class with strong instructor guidance and attention shared across a small group setting. Delivered at a more dynamic pace, it's ideal for general strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
Reformer Class (Group Reformer)
Max 6 people per classIntimate and challenging with a maximum of 6 people per class, these smaller class sizes allow for proper supervision and correction of form to ensure you get the most from your exercise and avoid injury.
Prenatal Class
Our Prenatal classes offer a safe workout focused on pelvic floor awareness, trimester-oriented reinforcement and breathing drills to get you strong and ready for the birth of your baby.
Tower Class
Tower classes help you understand your body by challenging balance, alignment and increasing mobility. You will strengthen & stretch your muscles with each movement whilst controlling the springs from your core so they don't control you!
Mat Class
Being alone with our own body is the best way to enhance our corporal awareness and perception. The Mat class is a mix of classical sequence created by Joseph pilates, where members follow a prescribed system of exercises with a twist of small contemporary variation.
Mums & Bubs
These classes are designed to help you regain strength and stability postpartum whilst spending time bonding with your baby.
Power Stretch
Our signature class that comprises of dynamic stretch movements on the Reformer and Tower equipment. This class is designed to increase your flexibility and make you feel great!
Beginner Tower
The perfect class to introduce members that are new to the Tower machine. This class is designed to work on your stability and core strength. (This class is not suitable during pregnancy).
Studio Equipment Class
Use a combination of apparatus such as Reformer, tower, Cadillac and Chair. With adjustable spring resistance that can either support you or challenge you. For new clients, the equipment can actually make exercises feel more supported and easier to learn.
