Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Clinical Pilates
Physiotherapist-led Pilates at a 4:1 class ratio, starting with a comprehensive assessment of your movement, health history and goals. Every program is individually prescribed and progressed, covering core strengthening, balance and stability, mobility, postural retraining and functional movement.
Clinical Reformer Pilates
All Clinical Pilates classes at BMC incorporate a reformer, with reformer-based exercises programmed alongside other functional strengthening work and progressed as your strength and confidence improve.
Clinical Strength
Physiotherapist-led strength classes in groups of no more than four — for injury rehabilitation, building strength and muscle mass, improving bone health, managing persistent pain, or staying active and independent.
Exercise Rehabilitation
Personalised, evidence-based exercise programs to reduce pain, restore movement and build strength, including for osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
