Align is a supportive, open-level class, focused on foundational reformer Pilates movements and technique to help develop strength, stability and body awareness. With progressions and modifications offered throughout, this class is perfect for all fitness levels and is beginner-friendly.
Dynamic
Intermediate / Advanced Level
Dynamic is an advanced reformer Pilates class that builds strength, endurance, and control through continuous, dynamic movement. Expect more challenging exercises, faster transitions and shorter breaks. NOTE: Not suitable for clients who are injured, pregnant or a beginner
Jump
Intermediate Level
A strong and high-energy class with bursts of low-impact cardio using the reformer Jumpboard. This full-body workout blends Pilates, endurance, and cardio training to boost your heart rate and challenge your whole body. NOTE: Not suitable for clients who are injured or pregnant
Stretch
A restorative full-body stretch and release class focused on mindful movement, relaxation and improving flexibility through both reformer and mat Pilates stretches. Designed to calm your nervous system and bring a sense of zen to your body and mind.
