Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Private tuition
These sessions are a collaborative approach to find comfort, agility and strength in your body using the traditional Pilates method. We’ll also use current concepts in exercise-science and movement education to boost your body and mind.
Group tuition (The Lineage programme)
To bridge the gap between pure Pilates and modern life our Studio Director has pioneered a multi-level programme for group classes that incorporates drills, building blocks and adaptive tools to promote learning, physical proficiency and measurable progress for those looking to level up. This programme is currently at capacity and we direct you to our new client courses and Joe’s Gym in 2026.
Joe's Gym
In Joe’s Gym your coach will have co-designed a programme with you targeted specifically to your goals using the apparatus that will get you there. This 55 minute session is built entirely for you but also offers guidance as needed.
Autonomous training
You will progress to our fully autonomous training, a programme for the most consistent and dedicated where you have access to the studio for your own training. This is available to all physical abilities after six consistent months of training with us.
