Mat Pilates
Hour-long mat class with clear, progressive cueing to build to a level of challenge perfect for your body. Groups include members of all ability levels. Sessions are live-streamed so you can join from home with personalised direction from instructors.
Mat Pilates ONLINE
Live-streamed mat Pilates sessions allowing members to join from home with personalised instruction from expert instructors.
Studio Pilates
One-hour small group sessions giving 3:1 access with dedicated instructors. Personalised sequence using specialised Pilates apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and barrels. Suitable for injury rehabilitation, postpartum phase, or improving strength and mobility.
Functional Strength
Small-group functional strength class complementing Pilates regimen. Fully supported workout of resistance training, high-intensity work, and mobility exercises. Available to Studio and Mat Pilates members.
Kids Fitness
Mindfully designed classes for children aged 7-12. Young members build confidence and learn how to train safely in a positive, encouraging environment. Prepares them for unsupervised training as adults.
Teen Fitness
Mindfully designed classes for teenagers aged 12-15. Young members build confidence and learn how to train safely in a positive, encouraging environment. Prepares them for unsupervised training as adults.
