Strong Moves

All levels

Your go-to class for building strength. This class elevates your pilates workout by incorporating strength and conditioning principles, challenging you through heavier springs and added weights. Full-body strength with moderate-high energy.

Power Moves

All levels

This high-energy, jump board class will raise your heart rate and get you sweating. Moving through a mix of higher intensity and lighter movements, builds power and stamina in a fun and energising way. Full-body cardio focus.

Stretchy Moves

All levels

Stretching just got a major upgrade. This class guides you through a sequence of dynamic stretches and movements from head to toe, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and mobile. Relaxed energy, mobility and recovery focus, perfect for beginners.

Is Ringwood East Pilates right for you?

Absolute beginners
All classes are open level and the studio recommends Classic Moves as the signature class to start with. Instructors can modify exercises easily to find what feels best for you.
Pregnant clients
Pilates is welcome if you're continuing your journey or new to pilates with doctor clearance. Instructors understand pregnancy exercise guidelines and offer modifications and alternatives.
People with injuries
Instructors are highly skilled at modifying exercises and providing options for injuries, though medical clearance may be required depending on the injury.
Young adults
Classes are suitable for those aged 14 or older.
Maybe not for you if… Not suitable if you are under 14 years old. The studio is not a clinical setting and cannot diagnose or treat injuries.
