Private 1:1 & Duo 2:1 Pilates Classes
For a fully personalised experience, our private sessions offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your unique goals. Whether you're focusing on rehabilitation, improving technique, or enhancing overall strength and mobility, these sessions provide dedicated guidance to help you achieve the best results. Using a variety of specialist Pilates equipment, Val will customise each session to suit your needs. Private (1:1) and Duo (2:1) class times are available on request.
