Private 1:1
Most popularAll clients begin with at least one private class to establish basic principles of Pilates. Each exercise is chosen and cued appropriate to your body, resulting in a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.
Duet 1:2
Classes where individuals gain more independence in their practice, improving confidence and self-efficacy. Run on a term basis consistent with Victorian school term dates and holidays.
Small Group Pilates
Available by invitation only, suitable for participants experienced in Pilates. Offers balance of strength and flexibility in a nurturing, safe and challenging workout.
