Reformer Pilates - Foundational
family friendlyReformer Pilates - Foundational is the perfect introduction for beginners wanting to build a solid Pilates foundation. The exercises in these classes will help you learn how to move your body, and teach you the core Pilates principles to think about during movement. Our Foundational classes are recommended for first timers, as well as anyone who wants to take things a little bit slower than our classic, more dynamic reformer Pilates classes. These classes are also family friendly.
