Stretch & Flow is a slow, feel-good class designed to help you learn the reformer with confidence while moving your body in the most supportive way. Your instructor will guide you through the basics, so you'll never feel lost or overwhelmed. Expect a relaxed, low-pressure vibe with simple, foundational Pilates movements that help lengthen, stretch, and gently strengthen your body. It's the kind of class where you leave feeling taller, looser, and a whole lot more connected to yourself. Progressions and modifications are offered the whole way through, so you can move at your own pace and still get exactly what your body needs. This class is also pre-natal friendly! If you're after something calm, supportive, and quietly powerful, this is your class.

Using dumbbells and timed intervals, this class focuses on slow, intentional movement, muscle burn and progressive overload to challenge the body in all the right ways.
