Mat Pilates

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Barre & Stretch

1 hour

Sculpt, tone, and unwind in one powerful hour. Barre & Stretch combines 45 minutes of energizing barre work with 15 minutes of deep, guided stretching for the perfect balance of strength and recovery. Cancellation policy · 10-hour window

Must cancel at least 10 hours before class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a $10 fee for membership holders or forfeit a class for pack holders.
