A Reformer Pilates class that will tone your body from top to toe and improve your core strength. Our highly experienced Pilates instructors combine traditional and contemporary Pilates methods to shape the way your body looks, feels and moves.
GRC Express
Work harder and flow from start to finish in 35 minutes. For people who are short on time but still want a tough, effective Reformer Pilates class.
Mobility and Flexibility GRC
Tailored for over 55's this practical, feel-good GRC is performed at a slower pace and uses props to assist stability. This class includes movements to promote better balance and enhanced freedom of movement.
