The class will be 40-minutes long, including a great workout!
Reformer Workout
Transformative 40-minute total body-sculpting Reformer Workouts, with scientifically-sequenced exercises designed by physiotherapists to increase your strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness. Superior custom reformers feature fully customisable spring-based resistance, with progressions and regressions so the workout is challenging yet inclusive for beginner, intermediate or pro.
