There is no hiding in this class, all of the reformer gets used to work your glutes min,med & max, your core including your obliques, transverse abdominis and your pelvic floor.
This is a class for those looking to unwind and release muscular tension. This class is designed to relax and length out any tight muscles. By holding stretches and having smooth transitions, your muscles will thank you for this workout.
