The first class you'll take with us is the Orientation Workout. This allows us to get to know you a little better, ensuring that your workouts with us are as effective as possible based on your needs - right from the start. The class will be 40-minutes long, including a great workout!
Reformer Workout
All ages and fitness levels· 40 min
Transform your entire body with 40-minute Reformer Workouts with scientifically-sequenced exercises designed by physiotherapists to increase your strength, muscle tone, posture and overall fitness. SPTVs provide a visual demonstration of each exercise with audio voiceover; an instructor is always present and can tailor spring resistance and modifications for beginner, intermediate or pro.
