Introduction to Pilates

Required first class
Beginners (all levels, incl. prenatal/postnatal with medical clearance)

Whether you're new to Pilates or returning after some time off, our Intro to Pilates class is the perfect place to start. Designed specifically for beginners, this welcoming and supportive session will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and help you feel confident before joining our regular classes. You'll learn the key principles of Pilates, practise foundational exercises on both the mat and reformer, and breakdown how to safely and effectively use the reformer machine. Intro to Pilates is the required first step before attending our other scheduled classes.
