A blend of functional movement patterns and strength-based training using free weights, resistance and bodyweight exercises. This class focuses on improving overall strength, stability, and mobility through exercises that mimic real-life movements. Perfect for those looking to build muscle tone, improve posture, and feel stronger in daily activities.

HIIT

All levels welcome | Suitable for pre-natal (if you're up for it!)

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) involves working out as hard as you can for a short period of time, resting briefly, and then going hard again for a set number of rounds. Because this method of training ensures you burn the maximum amount of calories in your workout, and then continue to burn calories as your body recovers - otherwise known as afterburn. You'll leave feeling pumped up!

Mums + Minis

Postnatal; max 12
6 weeks - 6 months postpartum

A safe and supportive first step back to movement after having a baby - designed for mums 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum. Rebuild strength with expert guidance, bring your baby along, and connect with other mums navigating the same stage of life. Maximum 12 women per class.

Reform (Child-Friendly)

All levels welcome | Child Friendly

This class is specially designed for parents who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates without worrying about childcare. It's the perfect balance of a challenging workout for you and a welcoming environment for your children.
