Beginner Reformer
6:1This class is the ideal starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break. Our highly trained Pilates instructors will guide you through a 60-minute full-body session, introducing you to the fundamentals of Pilates and helping you feel confident using the reformer equipment. With a maximum of 6 clients per class, you'll enjoy a supportive, personalised environment where your instructor can focus on your technique, alignment, and comfort. We make the experience welcoming, approachable, and enjoyable – so you can start building strength and confidence from day one.
