One-on-oneReformer pilates can be used effectively as part of a physical training program whether you are returning from injury or looking to improve the quality of your movement for performance. Pilates emphasizes controlled movement and breathing while lengthening and stretching, enhancing flexibility and strength through a fuller range of motion. At DF Exercise Science we have found pilates to be effective as a solo training tool and also encourage it to be used as part of a wider program which looks to address full movement capacity.
