Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Clinical Exercise Pilates
Physio-led · rebatableLed by Inspire's experienced physiotherapy team and supported by our exercise physiologists, this clinical reformer-inspired schedule runs multiple classes weekly across both Albion and West End. Each session is rebatable via private health with a separate fee per class — a great way to work towards your specific fitness and health goals and/or rehabilitate from injury under the watchful eye of our pilates practitioners. Note: you'll need to complete a complimentary one-on-one initial before joining.
Inspire Reformer Studio
5 per classLed by Inspire instructors, Inspire Reformer Studio delivers a fitness-focused reformer schedule with multiple classes weekly across Albion and West End. These 45-minute sessions build strength, improve mobility, support bone health with essential loading, improve conditioning and fitness, complement your training routine, and enhance sports performance while reducing injury risk. With only 5 participants per class, you get individual guidance and progression within a supportive group — a higher-intensity approach for those looking to enhance performance, build resilience, or add variety to their training.
Parents & Bubs
Physio-ledTailored to focus on YOU and your exercise time. Our physiotherapist directs your exercise and is there to help cuddle bub as you need, so classes are kept small to support consistent, effective movement and help you get more out of each session. A pelvic-health post-natal check with our women's health physiotherapist is strongly encouraged to individualise your exercise and support your activity goals. A great time to exercise alongside peers going through a similar stage of life — surrounded by support and the chance to make new friends.
