Community Yoga

Weekly community class at Cecil Hills Community Centre incorporating yoga, pilates and stretching. Drop-in, no booking required. Very social and friendly group suitable for all ages and levels.

Absolute beginners
Classes are designed to welcome beginners with lots of beginner students. Gigi teaches very clearly and teaches at several levels so beginners leave feeling the class was right for them.
People with mobility concerns
Special accommodations available for those with trouble getting up and down off the floor. Initial private sessions can be arranged for special needs.
Pregnant women
Gigi provides guidance to modify poses for pregnant women and those not used to exercising.
Older adults
Classes cater to students 80+ years old. Gigi herself is over 60 and specializes in healthy aging.
People managing injury or pain
Offers yoga therapy for injury management and pain management in a healing environment.
