Private Pilates Classes

Completely tailored to individual needs. Designed with your body and conditioning in mind to see faster results in strength, technique and proprioception. Especially beneficial for injury recovery and rehabilitation.

Initial Private Session with Assessment

All levels· 60 min

Introduction into the studio and assessment of your experience or any injuries or areas of focus. Conducted with Principal Instructor Yung Ok Yoo.

Semi-Private Duo Reformer Classes

All levels

Semi-private reformer class for two clients in a session. Great for couples or friends wanting to train together.

Reformer Pilates Classes

All levels

Small classes focussing on resistance training and abdominal work. Experienced clients can incorporate Wunda chairs and Barrel work.

Mat Pilates Classes

All levels

Focused on strengthening your body and learning pilates techniques to help coordination, stretch and flexibility.
