Reformer Pilates

Ballet Beginnings
Age-appropriate introduction to ballet for ages 2–5. Focuses on creative movement, basic ballet shapes, rhythm, spatial awareness, confidence, focus, and musicality through music and storytelling.
Junior Ballet
Structured classical ballet technique for ages 6–9. Children learn basic ballet terminology, posture, and simple choreography while developing strength, flexibility, musicality, confidence, and focus.
Youth Ballet
Ballet training for ages 10–15 focusing on technique, control, and artistry. Classes build strength, confidence, and movement progression at individual pace, suitable for beginners or dancers with previous training.
