Barre

45 minutes of pulses at the barre, mat work, and light weights set to a loud, energising playlist. Low-impact but intensely challenging. No dance background required.

Stretch

All levels· 50 min

50 minutes of guided, instructor-led stretch and mobility work. Slow, deliberate, and deeply restorative, targeting hips, shoulders, lower back, and hamstrings. Suitable for every level, especially after lifting or intense classes.

Teenformer

New
All levels

Reformer Pilates for ages 12–16. Builds controlled strength, mobility, and joint stability in a welcoming, confidence-building environment. Runs Wednesdays at 5:30 PM at $29 drop-in. Designed for young, growing bodies whether they play sport or are new to strength training.
