Mat Pilates
Pilates and floor-based program focused on strength, improving posture, coordination, balance, and body awareness while reducing stress and preventing injury.
Barre
Hybrid full-body, muscle endurance workout incorporating ballet barre and classic dance moves such as plies alongside static stretches. Builds strength, agility and flexibility through small targeted movements.
Aerial Flex 1 Foundations
Beginner-friendly flow and basics using aerial slings or harnesses. Uses the force of gravity to improve body strength, mobility and conditioning with heart-pumping, balance and flexibility focus.
Aerial Flex 2 Elements
For students with some aerial experience, covering crucial aerial elements plus self-practice (supervised). Includes conditioning exercises to build core and grip strength to aid poses and movements.
Aerial Flex 3 Intermediate
Suitable for students with basic aerial or silks experience who feel comfortable going upside down. Includes stretch and conditioning exercises with intermediate aerial sequences.
Aerial Pilates
Anti-gravity workouts combining strength training and suspension exercises using aerial hammocks. Participants engage in dynamic movements utilising body weight for resistance, enhancing core stability, glute strength and overall fitness.
Aerial Yoga + Meditation
Slower, deeper aerial yoga class combining traditional yoga with aerial arts. The aerial hammock provides extra support for deeper stretches and inversions, with extended Shavasana and guided meditation for deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Yoga Flow For All Levels
60-minute class with energizing breathwork, body-opening movements, and tension-releasing trigger ball techniques, followed by rejuvenating rest.
Aerial Sound Bath
NewDeeply relaxing crystal soundbath experience with harmonic frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. Choose to float in aerial hammocks or lie on the floor, designed to harmonise mind, body and spirit, promoting healing and enhanced wellbeing.
Calm Kids (Ages 7-12 yrs)
Fusion of smart body exercises and positive psychology-based program. Includes core/posture workout, stretch, hammock component, stress relief and breathing techniques to help children build emotional resilience.
Deep Split Stretch Intensive
Intensive event equivalent to a PT session but in a focused small-group format for dedicated split development.
