Studio Pilates / Physio Exercise

Physio-led
All levels· 60 min

Our studio Pilates and physio exercise classes are one and the same — each class is run by a physiotherapist with specific training in clinical Pilates, and every participant follows an individually tailored programme to suit their goals and needs. Maximum 4 people per class so each person gets the attention they need. A one-off initial Pilates assessment (a 60-minute consultation with the physiotherapist) is required before joining.

Pilates Mat Classes

All levels· 60 min

Online mat Pilates classes for improving posture, mind-body connection, strength, and mobility. Instructors teach correct biomechanics and muscle activation. Progression from beginner to experienced. Maximum 10 participants.

Teen Conditioning

Group
Teens· 45 min

A group class (up to 6 participants) led by our physiotherapists and Pilates instructors. Runs Mondays at 3:45pm.

Stretch & Mobility

Group
All levels· 50 min

A group class (up to 6 participants) led by our physiotherapists and Pilates instructors, focused on stretch and mobility. Runs Friday mornings at 8am.

Online Bones & Balance

Online
All levels

An online class designed specifically for clients with osteoporosis or osteopenia, focused on bone health and balance. Runs Tuesdays at 9:15am.
