Here's how the class types differ and who each one is for.
Beginner
Ideal for students who are still relatively new to reformer Pilates and have not completed many classes. Work on developing foundational strength and core control. Instructor will guide you through how to use the reformers safely and go through fundamental exercises at a slower pace.
Intermediate
Most challenging level. Requires a higher level of coordination and stability, with more complex exercises that will test your strength. Recommended after completing a few beginner classes.
Private 1-on-1
Physio-ledTailored 1-on-1 sessions or group private sessions (bring a friend or 2). Great for those who prefer tailored exercises for specific conditions or injuries and suitable for pregnant individuals.
Better You Classes
