Reformer Classes
Physio-ledDynamic group class at an advanced level addressing motor control, stability, strength and biomechanics of the whole body. Suitable for higher level clientele wanting to create specific changes in movement patterns.
Individual Clinical Class – 30 Minute
Physio-ledOne-on-one session led by physiotherapists designed to get you ready for group Clinical Classes or for ongoing highly specific, accurate and considered approach. Can include mat, reformer, ladder barrel, trapeze table and functional exercises.
Individual Clinical Class – 60 Minute
