Reformer Pilates
Technical, restorative Reformer Pilates classes designed for all levels to gain confidence and strength through movement. Focusing on the body's intricate muscles, The Crew's intimate classes of 8, allow our experienced instructors to tailor every class to individual needs. Suitable for all levels, injuries and pregnancy.
Groove & Tone
Meet at the Barre for G&T... Groove & Tone is a dance inspired workout combining elements of Barre, HIIT, Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance & Pilates all in a 45 minute toning session guaranteed to leave you feeling upbeat. A whole body workout, G&T is suitable for all levels, injuries and pregnancy.
Stretch & Mobility
The Crew's Stretch & Mobility sessions focus on fascia release work using foam rollers & trigger point balls. Combined with classical stretching techniques, this class is designed to increase range of motion, improve posture and release tension throughout the body.
Sculpt
Functional movement! Sculpt is a full body workout, slow and steady to enhance strength and stability in the whole body. Using resistance tubes and bands, bodyweight and traditional Pilates props, Sculpt will tone and support your everyday moves by focusing on mobility, strength throughout range of motion and pushing to your threshold.
1:1 Private Session
Private classes are available at The Body Crew in all class styles. Designed specific to your needs, The Crew will work with you to help you recover from injury, focus on an area of concern and tailor each movement to help you achieve your goal.
