A modern spin on mat Pilates combining classic movement and equipment with a twist!
Think mat Pilates with added spice. Our most dynamic class, utilising ankle weights, hand weights with added short bursts of cardio
Meditative movement linked with breath. Vinyasa flow encourages you to drop into a 'flow state' where you can feel fully present in your mind and body. You'll be guided through intelligent asana sequencing, pranayama and meditation. No experience required
Think Vinyasa flow with a fiery side. Focusing on linking breath with movement at a stronger pace to awaken even more fire within. Some Vinyasa experience recommended
A perfect way to balance out all of your strong pilates/yoga classes. Soften with our more gentle flow, with more space to slow everything down, physically and mentally. No experience required
Casual drop-ins, class packs and memberships — plus the cancellation policy.
All cancellations and changes must be managed online or via the Mind Body app at least 6 hours prior to your booking. Cancellations made after the 6-hour window will be classified as late cancellations and incur a $5 fee for members; class pack holders will also be charged their credit. All no shows to classes will incur a $10 fee for members, and class pack holders will also be charged their credit. Memberships will continue to automatically renew until cancelled; if cancellation or pausing is required, please request via email.
