Barre

Using hand weights and traditional barre work, this class delivers a full-body workout that builds endurance, coordination, and muscular tone. Expect a strong focus on arms, abdominals, and legs, with integrated work through the back and chest to support posture and overall balance. The class is thoughtfully layered, with options to progress or modify movements as needed, making it both challenging and accessible.

Jumpboard

Jumpboard is a dynamic reformer-based class that combines low-impact cardio with strength and control. Using the jump board and reformer springs, this class builds cardiovascular fitness while supporting joint health and alignment. Expect flowing, rhythmic movement that challenges the legs and core while integrating upper-body support and postural strength. The reformer provides gentle resistance and feedback, making the class both energising and surprisingly supportive. A strong, uplifting class that leaves you feeling energised, connected, and worked through the whole body.

Tower

A progressive Pilates class using the Tower unit to build strength, control, and whole-body coordination.

Mat

A mat-based Pilates class using small props to support core strength, mobility, and precise movement.

Wellness

A supportive, slower-paced class using the Pilates arc and small props to improve mobility, flexibility, and ease of movement.

Mind Body Reset

A calming, restorative class using the Pilates arc, combining mindful movement with breath and guided relaxation.
