Our Individual pilates sessions are designed to meet your unique needs, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve strength and mobility. Each session focuses on precise movement, breathwork, and controlled exercises to enhance body awareness, reduce pain, and restore functional movement patterns. With a personalised approach to help you build resilience, confidence, and ease in movement, ensuring every exercise supports your goals.

Small group (2 people)

60-minutes

Our small group pilates sessions provide individualised programming to meet your specific needs, goals and movement abilities while training with a partner. Each session offers expert guidance in a supportive and motivating environment.

Specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic pain, and postural conditions. Evidence-based approach with tailored programming.
Ballet dancers and pre-pointe assessment
