Better Pilates GROUP MAT CLASSES are fun and interactive. Using a wide range of props like Pilates rings, Pilates fitness balls, gliding discs, therabands and yoga blocks, our classes focus on alignment for good posture, balance, coordination, core strength, full body flexibility and spine mobility. Classes are held at Indah Health every Thursday 6pm and 7pm. Suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners welcome. Suitable for pregnancy
