Pre & Postnatal Clinical Exercise Class
Our Clinical Exercise classes are designed for Pre & Postnatal women as well as anyone looking to improve their pelvic floor function. The classes are supervised, individualised exercises aimed toward your individual goals. They are designed to be welcoming for all clientele of all varying levels of fitness. These classes involve a combination of equipment (reformer & trapeze) & matwork pilates, individualised pelvic floor training and stretching and mobility. All classes are baby friendly.
Fit Over 50 - Clinical Exercise Class
A pilates circuit-style class for women over 50 aimed at targeting muscle strength and tone, abdominal region/core, posture, pelvic floor and bone strength. This class utilises various physio equipment to challenge the body and mind.
1:1 Clinical Exercise
Our private sessions offer an Individualised program to: Improve your strength, fitness and function; Achieve your goals; Rehabilitate from injury or pain. Your program is: Designed and taught by a women's health physiotherapist with pilates and fitness qualifications. Tailored to your level. Mat work and equipment based (Reformer and Trapeze table).
Mums and Bubs Pilates
Mums & Bubs Exercise classes allows new mums to return to exercise gradually and safely and connect with other new mums after giving birth. Led by a expert women's health physiotherapist, these classes involve pilates style matwork & equipment exercises designed to target global strength, abdominal rehabilitation, pelvic floor training and stretching and mobility for new mums. Your baby (up to 12 months of age) is able to attend these classes.
Return to Running Pilates
Return to Running Pilates (RTR) aims to develop the necessary strength, power and endurance required to safely participate in running, high-intensity workouts and sporting activities. RTR classes involve a combination of: Reformer & mat-work Pilates; Weights & Plyometric training; Motor control work; Stretching & mobility; Advanced pelvic floor rehabilitation. All ability-levels are welcome.
Aquatic Exercise
CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE RETURNING IN OCT 2026Exercising in water utilises buoyancy to support the weight of your growing body, allowing you the freedom to exercise without the feeling of heaviness. There are many other benefits of exercising in the water whilst pregnant, including: a reduction in muscle spasm, water promotes pain relief increased flexibility and range of movement, gains in cardiovascular fitness, reduced swelling in the lower limbs.
Therapeutic Exercise for Pelvic Pain - Class Series
Our pelvic pain class is low-impact and focuses on flexibility, mindful movement and core strength making it ideal for those dealing with pelvic pain. Our experienced instructors will guide you through targeted exercises that help alleviate discomfort, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. This class has been designed for those experiencing chronic pelvic pain conditions including vaginismus and vulvodynia, bladder pain, bowel pain and chronic constipation, lower back back, endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibromyalgia.
